They become aware when you discover them! Yes, that’s the right word, because they are so automatic that you don’t even know you have them.

And how do you discover them? Through doing a study of your family, in what we call “transgenerational” in therapy. For them it is necessary to know all the information or as much as possible about your ancestors, your parents, their stories, their secrets, or open secrets.

On some occasions in consultation they ask me: Chío, why do I want to know about my grandmother, if I didn’t even know her? To which I answer: “For the new leaves of the tree to grow healthy or re-emerge (you are the fresh leaf) so it is important to“ remove ”the earth to see if the roots are healthy (your ancestors).

The inheritance of programs that we acquire only by the fact of having decided to belong to that family is a beautiful ocean of self-knowledge, making them aware heals you, free you and the best thing: you free your “clan” to your “cell” to your family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦
